    still no report and it is now half a month late. how many more broken promises are we going to have to put up with?
    despite paying good money and therefore expecting a professional service i have waited and waited and waited and kept my mouth shut but this is unbelievable.

    how are we as clients able to have confidence in your SEO services if you can't get the basics right?
