You have up to 6 months to do a chargeback depending on your credit card issuing bank especially for fraud and this is definitely fraud, money funneled into Syria.

hmm isnt it funny how he strung it along for 6months to pass the chargeback limit, sounds like a con artist.

 

I believe that is only applicable if you send the funds via your credit card.. you have only one month to issue a refund if you send directly using paypal funds..

Yes, you are right but I have worked in the credit card merchant industry for years. If you backed your paypal funds with a credit card, you can do a chargeback within 6 months for "item not received or service not rendered" you will win, because the guy cannot fight it, and the money will come from paypal and the guy (Col) his account will go into a negative then paypal will have to collect the funds from him, Why not make it their problem instead of your problem if you can DO A CHARGEBACK. Call your bank and try if you backed the funds with a credit card.

You are right! Never wait more than 6 months for a service to be rendered and never make big only purchases especially with paypal if they are not backed by a credit card, Credit card has unbelievable even unfair buyer protection, If you do a chargeback even if its fraud you will probably win.

 

1) Did Cheapseo actually do any seo on the sites? Or was his work limited to sending the money to king without any controls?

2) Does cheapseo plan to do compensate ppl with work for money owed?

3) Western Union keeps on file all transactions. To clear the air, why doesn't cheapseo get a copy of the receipts of the transfers to king and post the copies?

 

Im curious y he doesnt have even more negative reviews here, for 50,000$ do ppl even know

Confirmed. This is the point I have been trying to make. King set this up a long time ago. He gained my trust over a long period of time. He showed me the work he had done for his sites and some clients sites. He wanted my reputation to boost sales. My reward was for a commission.

I never did anything for these services associated with King. He told me he had an office of staff to do all the work and he told me he trained them. Think about this. Do you remember a thread from King and I about Virtual Office Staff? This was worked out the same way. I received a commission for offering the services. Every client dealt with King. Not me.

Anyway, I am starting to sell some of my sites. I need to know where to send the monies for them. I need someone to step up and mediate between me and you guys so funds can be distributed fairly. Is someone going to put their hand up for this? Of course, you guys need to approve someone trustworthy. It's not a lot of money but at least it is a start.

It looked different but he was behind that one as well. I already stated all these threads he was using my name for.

I am sure someone will find out his whereabouts in time to come. But, for the meantime, I will concentrate in putting some funds together to try and repay as much as I can. BUT! I need someone to mediate/manage the funds for me. Who's going to step up to the plate that people can trust?

 

Commission? You mean people have to lose yet more of their money to another middle man? What you need is a reputable person who'll do it for the greater good and on a commission-free basis.

People fitting that description are like rocking horse shit.

 

This is a complete lie in my case. I never even knew about the king until I asked for a refund. I never once got any e-mails/pms from king, I only got stuff twice from cheap seo.
