yeah right, have a kid do some SEO, and it will be done even faster! the package is definitely worth! they are of course negotiable, tell me, how many SEO agencies charge less? don't talk about your own, you may charge less. putting yours aside, there are a few which charge less, but how many of them manage to keep the site on page 1? i've done enough SEO to know what i'm talking about!
