I'm not sure if I'm allowed to pass comments about another person, but I feel that the users here at DP have treated me well and I have to give them some heads up about dealing with this guy and what to expect. I had used this guys service and he included a hidden text link back to his own site which directly violates Google's webmaster guidelines here - http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66353 He openly admits to doing ths in this thread (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1637662) where he says "I added a hardlink to his page with the same color back link so it wouldn't be seen to click on from the visitors that come to his site. I strongly regret doing this and have NEVER DONE IT WITHOUT ASKING BEFORE!" I had noticed this guy doing some things and was seeing some initial traffic boosts and because of it was going to give him a good review, but when I received is so-called SEO report, I noticed the work was not completed - the five articles he promised to write was not written. In examining the SEO report to evaluate the quality of the work, I noticed the Hidden Text Link to his own site - internetmarketerjob.com. I emailed this guy for 3 days without a response back and after no response, left a negative iTrader. He quickly responds then, apologizes for the hidden text link left on my site, and completes the work as originally agreed because he was worried about his "reputation". His response then was to leave me negative iTrader in retaliation which truly shows how unprofessional this guy is. Claims to be an "SEO expert" but didn't know that what he did was wrong and asked me "What BlackHat SEO he used?" in a PM which shows how little this guy does know about SEO. If considering this service, proceed with great caution.

Even making claims that making a text link the same color as the background isn't making it a hidden link - tell me what does it make it then? Your retaliation for a negative iTrader is seen for exactly what it is by anyone with intelligence. I paid more than you wanted, you used a blackhat technique on my site, you didn't complete the task as promised in the 24 hours ... even though you were paid in advance. And i "deserve a negative review"? I've wasted enough time on you, and I hope that you learn your very harsh lesson in online reputation management. All you show is negativity, sorry -- I work with professionals, motivated individuals who want to succeed in this business. Your one to show failure and your the outcast on this forums. You set the price of $10.00, I willing paid $12.00 for your poor service in advance of you doing the work and the review you received was an honest review. 'm not the person who valued your work, you were. If you valued the review you wanted to receive, you should have completed the task and should not have tried to hide anything or do anything underhanded like you have. I am not the person to blame because you charge so little for your so-called expert (*cough* *cough*) SEO service. Let's look at the facts in this "transaction" You NEVER completed the job at the time the review was written. You substituted 2 links because it was "too much work" to write the 5 articles promised. You placed a text link on the footer of my site the same color as the background. This link was pointing back to your site. This was not agreed to and violates Google's Webmaster guidelines. You admit to this in the thread when you discovered I submitted a negative iTrader. You left a negative iTrader for me even though I paid more than you had asked. This was left in retalliation rather than being a true reflection that I did pay for a service which you FAILED to deliver. The review that I left regardless of how you feel about it, was an honest review based on the work that you had completed and the blackhat techniques that you employed to get a "free link" back to your site, even though your tactic would have gotten my site banned from Google's index for unethical SEO practices. Eventually, you did complete the job hoping that I had the ability to remove the negative iTrader I left for you (which I don't). I made a mistake in selecting your service without reading other posts that you had made and the attitude that you displayed throughout several other of your transactions. I'm sure that other DP members here will read about your other transactions, your attitude towards potential customers and make a judgement for themselves.
