    DiscussRE is an Australian Real Estate Site. The site is based on Real Estate in general nothing really specific to Australia. I just chose Australia as the market is a little less saturated.

    It has 10 articles on the site with 2 of them being unique.

    There is also a forum located here but will not be included if it sells for under $65: http://www.discussre.com/forum/ (no vb license included)

    The site was started at the begging of last month. It got only around 100 uniques. With only 2 or 3 adsense clicks.

    I have just had the site submitted to 20 directories and it had been submitted to 5 or 6 real estate specific directories last month.

    The site has good potential and be a decent little money maker.

    like to know when auction is going to end.


    1) Can this be taken out or do we need to keep that?

    2) And as there is no vb license, it is just to be dropped?

    3) And can you move the site to my hosting company?

    Auction will end in 48hrs or abit sooner (depends on when im working)

    The theme can be changed if you like, up to you and yes you can move the site to your own host no problems.

    I have been able to contact all but two people who i have done link trades with and they have all said they retain the links. I will try get in contact with them asap.

    Selling the site because i dont have time for it anymore. Going overseas soon and i want to sell all but my biggest sites before i go.

    The site has been running for around 1 month and 9 days. :)

    Last month the site got 120 uniques and 95 so far this month, i can screenshot the stats when i get back home if you like. Also I have done no advertising just directory submissions.
