Cheap Proxy with A+ Template

    I have a proxy I want to sell. The only advertising I did to it was put it in a proxy newsletter and then I just let it sit. That's it, so this thing is still pretty fresh. The current template is one that I designed but I sell on my site (www.sourcustoms.com) so it isn't unique. Instead, I'll throw in a unique template (www.sourcustoms.com/demo/dp) for the winner. The template has great AdSense optimization so you'll generate a nice CTR %! The proxy gets barely any uniques a day (maybe like 30 or something?) and a click once in awhile. You're basically paying for a good domain name and an awesome template for cheap.

    First $25 takes it. I normally sell my templates alone for $25 but I'm kind of eager to get rid of this thing because I'm no longer going to be in the proxy business and I want it off my AdSense. The site and template have been sitting around my computer for too long and it's starting to bug me.
