If the first post was misleading, I am building these from scratch. This means you can choose ANY domain name you want as long as it's available for registration.

Recommended hosting: I use VPS' from GoDaddy. Had no problem with them so far. I have no idea if GoDaddy's shared hosting environment allows proxies.
You could always do a search right here in DP. There are a couple of people that advertise proxy hosting.
