Can you explain how a site with only 1 page has achieved PR7 ref: http://wegosunshinecoast.com/sitemap.xml = only 1 page available for indexing
why do you block the way back machine? - it's a valuable tool for prospective buyers? ref: http://wegosunshinecoast.com/robots.txt
according to Google there are no inbound links? That's really unusual for a PR7. Doesn't this make the PR7 vulnerable to a massive decrease?

Two PR7 for sale that coincidentally have no indexed pages and no links to speak of...riiiiiight...

...this from the guy who was trying to sell PR9 bullshit and got called out on it (as seen here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/pr9-domain.2661518/).

Obviously, it's just a redirect trick to flip junk domains and make a quick buck from people who don't know better.

That was a domain called samesexsunday.org.

It was a fake PR9. There has been a PR update since then, and the domain is now a PR0, just like we all knew would happen.

The problem is that some people get fooled and buy the fake domains - he sold samesexsunday.org for $290. Now that person paid almost three hundred dollars for a worthless PR0 domain. That's why we point out fake PR domains when we see them - to try to stop people from getting ripped off. When people buy fake PR domains, it just makes sellers keep selling fake domains.

    Common sense
Most PR 7,8,9 domains are fake

    Paypal.com PR8
    Godaddy.com PR7

But some DP members like to buy Fake PR7,8,9 domains to sell links

    Good Luck!

You mean some members like to buy fake PR domains to sell fake PR links?
I think that would be alright if weren't for the fact that they are never upfront about the fact that it's fake, and simply want to scam for a few bucks.

I read Google is closing this "loophole" on their next update. I doubt we'll see anymore fake PR domains in the near future.

That said, you have to look for legit PR7s. I bought a legit PR6 on DigitalPoint about 1 year ago. It's about 12 years old, is a DA79 and has over 250,000 legit backlinks (not spam backlinks). Only paid $135 for it =D

    The deals are out there!
