right now hes explained everything like 10 trillion times i think its time everyone left this guy to get on and do what he has to do........ these things happen and from the reviews i read of this guys hosting he had alot of good reviews to his name so lets wait and give this guy a chance

 

You did send me a email saying that you sold the company.i sent you two emails in dec. saying my site was down.it took you 1-3 days to put it back up.like i told you in the last email you can keep the money.just send me database and public_html files.it has been 10 days since my site has been down.


if you can sell people hosting.then you send me the link to my database and public_html files.i need the link up for 3 days.after that you can take it down.

Apart from named going down, which was fixed in a couple of hours, there were no downtimes before today. And I have no records of any emails from you before the 10th.

I cant refund you because I dont have the money, nice of you to let me keep it, but I still cant give you your files or database, becasue of the hardware error.

Ill take a look and see what I can salvage, but Im not promising anything.

I am sending you the link your your public_html, and a MySQL, you mentioned you had a tech helping you out, maybe he could do something with the dump, but I am yet to be able to turn it into a .sql.

 

Looking at the OS list, it seems like you're reselling an OVH dedicated server, which is forbidden by their TOS..
