Dont get it why IRC and torrent are forbidden but warez are allowed in your hosting because usually warez are more dangerous than IRC or torrent.

As you may know we don't allow Warez Hosting, We do allow Warez Linking only, Warez linking is not dangerous because it just index links from other site like rapidshare,megaupload etc...

And also IRC clients are okay, but IRC server are forbidden
We don't allow Torrent because it host files on our server ( It will act like Warez Hosting which is prohibited on our Server )

I will advise you to find an Offshore VPS in China or HK if you are willing to use IRC, Torrent and Warez Hosting
