    I want to sell this niche blog.

    It has around 10 unique articles and I've added a content agregator plugin (that you'll receive with the blog when you'll buy it).

    It has around 6477 links according to yahoo (and seoquake).

    It has 5320 indexed pages in Google!

    It can be monetized with Adsense, link selling etc. I didn't had time to even put Adsense on it. This is the reason I'm selling it, I don't have time to promote it.
