    Hey guys, I'm selling this nice website for as little as $25,

    Domain name is stuffed with keywords, it's 6 years old and PR1, but expiring soon,

    This site has really a lot of potentiel. I submitted some articles to directories to get backlinks,

    But the reason why I'm selling is because I really have no time to take care of it, so I'd rather sell it now than to let the domain name die.
