    You can't transfer them on Ipower to another owner without written paper work and you can't transfer to another register if expires in less than a week. How will you turn them over to new owner?

    The owner may request to transfer the domain to their registrar, I sent 2 names to godaddy this week and it only took about 2 days. Since they expire soon I may be able to purcahase the renewal then send the domains to the buyer. However, buyer will need to pay those fees.
