    Ready to buy at BIN but two questions:

    - Do you have a license to the StudioPress Tubular theme you're using?
    - Do you have a licensed copy of the autoblogging plugin (most likely 'autoblogged') that the site uses?

    If not then it's considered selling pirated software I'm afraid - and the buyer will risk with getting the site closed down and themselves sued ..
