Buying Cheap monthly service - please check inside

    Hello everyone, I'm looking for a service that would do best for a very low budget (please see below):

    - Service should be done every month (of course I'll pay every month too);
    - Service should be very cheap (up to about $10 / month / site);
    - Service should be effective for non SEO websites (websites that are not targeting any keywords or whatsoever);
    - Service should be effective for websites in every niche;

    Please let me see what you have to offer, and Ill decide.

    P.s. I think link building services would not suit that kind of needs since websites are not SEO'd so yes...
