Cheap MONEYBOOKERS whores !

Why the hell they locked my account?
What you think? I have received one payment, after that i bought something, money were clean, but me and the sender are locked !
They locked me after i have received the second payment, so they can keep more money.
Anyway, this is the cheapest whore I have ever seen, licked about under 100 USD
What the hell is their problem, the are so damn lazy to respond, the cheap phone support is worth less than new moneybookers user who just opened account, because their knowlegde is less than zero.
I hate to be a customer of this kind of scam, now they want my ID, I am wondering who will pay my damn busy time to get the ID copy, and bills copy and whatever their fat lazy asses want.

 

Same here, my MB was locked for no reason. My account is verified, I have less than 100USD in my balance, I withdrew it to my Bank successfully but then the account is locked.. sucks!

 

I heard a lot of bad news about MB today, but it support more countries more than paypal and have low fees.

i'm so sorry to hear that this happened to you, trust. i'm beginning to get worried now. i heavily rely on MB for payments :/

 

Same here and i always keep quite a bit of money in the account. Worrying but i'll stick with them.

 

Just send them the docs they will unblock your account.

 

MB don't lock ac w/o any reason... even mine is locked but i know they got a valid reason for it...

n whats so hush hush abt dos? don't u submit docs when u open an ac in ur local city bank? so y should b online banks taken for granted ?

Didn't notice that when i read initially. These checks are done to try and prevent internet fraud. I'm sure you'd be unhappy if someone ripped you off who had a fraudulent bank account.

Just send them the docs (like we all had to) and i'm sure they'll be ok. I was quite reassured when they asked me for some much stuff initially

 

If your quite busy then why you are doing business with MB ? Go and wash your ass

 

One day I'm going to make a payment processor that isn't bull crap like these that keep turning up.

 

Let me put it simple, if his account got locked either he violated TOS or there was an error, in that case request explenation.

You can't say MB is some crap payment processor when they are actually one of the only ones that are actually owned by a real world bank.

 

the problem with mb is they want everthing too prefect so you have to follow there rules

1. never open duplicate accounts
2. dont do exchange or trades in parts
3. paypal to moneybookers my god you r gone if they found out
4. they even lock acc if you try to enter registered information again like a moblie no. or email some one has and you try to add
6. fill subjects completely like link sale fee , its always better


how to get out of these problems

1.send them email they will unlock your account after a weak
or if they need your docs it will get 40 days to use it again

the only reason i love them is i can pay poker website with this payment processor

 

hmm. 39 days..i submitted al the docs n its like 4 weeks now.. n i thot there is not much hope ;left.. but it seems they do take their time :d

Moneybookers is suck.... I have provide my doc and I have call them, but until no my account still closed MB told they will reopen again my account 2 days after I call them.

They don`t really like if you are making money exchange which said as 2nd rule

For example, send me 10 bucks paypal and i will send you 9 bucks moneybookers.

 

Just give them what they ask for. Have the docs faxed to then, give them a call and you should have your account back in a few days.

 

wheew... now its makes me think if i would dump moneybooker and paypal for payment from customers. Then what would i'll use. any input guys?

 

Gee...That not very nice of you to say these kind of words over here. Your post here in fact gives me a shock as this is the first time I'm reading bad reviews about MB
