Cheap link directories suggestion

    I'm predict google will update PR in this month, so that I request your help to provide me cheap and high PR link directories URL. My budget is about 10 USD per link. Thanks a lot

    I would suggest www.bqtm.com
    Currently its PR2 but I have recently bought many high Pr6, 7 and one PR8 link also.. So I expect bqtm.com to gain atleast PR6.
    Also the price is $10/link but will increase it after PR update.
