I'm looking for a cheap Joomla template that I will have full rights to. I need to have the right to transfer/sell the site with the template included. I don't need anything custom or fancy, just a nice looking template to make a tech news site with. I'm trying to keep the budget at about $10. Lol, are you out of your mind ? 10$ for a Joomla template ? I charge like 1000-6000$ to all of my customers for that.
