I would not advise to go for .info domains at all if you would like to rank in SE anyhow. The reason is - because the price is cheap many spammers use it, so by default SE start to think your site is spam too... I think it's a false economy

 

You can have .info domain only for $0.89 on godaddy.com

 

Yes, GoDaddy offer $0.89 INFO domains ($0.79 each buying 6+) but bear in mind they will add $0.18 at check out (ICANN fee)
