I want to reviews, and need your guys help. Please reviews http://www.blueandpurple.net Is it worth the domain? It's for sale from my new friend. How much will it be worth? Cheers guys.
sorry brother, but your domain doesn't looks or seems like a web hosting site in anyway. frankly, it seems a color painter association web site. lol. your domain should have "host" or "hosting" word. you don't have a logo also. what the "f" man? how can u make a site without a logo? the design is also not good. anyways, i am totally disappointed to see your site. sorry! i own a site of unlimited cpanel web hosting at very cheap price. link: futuredhosting.org
Just about says a hosting company, but unless I read the text I have no idea who you are, there isn't any brand identity. With the "logo" at the top I thought you did purely SEO not hosting. Also I'm a firm believer people selling a service shouldn't have adverts on their site, especially for competitors, always makes me feel the company is a bit cheap and trying to make money any way they can. That never makes me feel at ease giving them my money. The site is also very narrow, I have a wide screen monitor, and half the screen was wasted, in what looked like a very cluttered layout. As for the domain, its worth the registration fee but not really much else unless you have a real need for a blue and purple domain. Jen
I gotta agree with JenniP that i don't see your site as a hosting site in the slightest. I couldn't find anything related to hosting on there except the hostgator ad. Also as your offering a service of hosting apparently, Shouldn't you drop the ads instead of send them to competitors? Sure they'll make a quick buck but if you get and keep customers happy , then you'll earn a shed load more. If your site is offering hosting, make it clearer. If it's not then fair enough. Name doesn't necessarily matter if it is hosting related. Look at asmallorange.com . They dont have the word hosting in their name at all. But yet they have plenty of clients. It might be a bit harder without the word hosting in there. But it can be done. Also drop the alexa widget, or at least move it to the bottom. Your visitors either don't know or care about alexa, Or if they do know about alexa, then they probably won't care what your alexa rank is. A marketing company should be better than 2 million in rank imo. You may also want to drop the advertise here box and add it to its own page. Why would i want to pay $300 a year to have my link on a PR1 site with alexa of almost 3 million? Give its own page. Advertisers will find you if they want to advertise. What the funk is with the "Link Farm" link? Is it really just gunna be a link farm? If you want to look like a hosting company, heres a few suggestions: Add images of servers Add what packages you offer. At least include some kind of bandwidth limit or hard drive space, prices... in fact anything! Reduce the amount of white space. Correct this : We are proudly use to We proudly use or We are proud to use Remove the affiliate links or at least hide them with Java or a redirect. Sorry if i seem harsh, but thats the impression i got from your site. If you were to offer me hosting for free, i doubt i would take it as your site stands. Best of luck improving it and making it a success Dan
Hi, buddy. Your title is cheap hosting . Do you mean cheap domain ? In my opinion, it is worthy usd** , bcoz it a .net extension and a bit long.
blueandpurple.net I do not recommend anything in the world to hire this company, has no logo is a faceless company.
