Buying Cheap Hosting with Torrent Flux (1 torrent only)

    Im looking for cheap host that will let me run a private torrent leech, for me only
    and only 1 active torrent

    i need about 10gb space and good bandwidth

    it is very difficult to find all major hosting providers do not allow this because it will use more than 21% of server resource
