Cheap hosting providers

    Hey Guys.

    Can you recommend some good, inexpensive hosting providers? ($5 per month or less). PHP would be nice, but other than that, I don't need anything but basic features.

    There are a lot of offers floating around here.

    If php and a minimal control panel (not cPanel, limited features) will do the job godaddy hosting at about $4 a month is hard to beat.

    I haven't been impressed with godaddy's service level - I'd think about 1and1.com, esosoft, and hostrocket.
