    My site was suspended without notice. I didn't break their TOS in any way. I could still log in to my account though, but that's not the point. I opened a support ticket and also mailed them more than 40 hours ago. Still waiting for their reply.

    yeah, my account still not active, it's more than 2 days, i've opened a support ticket but got no reply or else.

    Tell me your domain, there were server issue's already reported in support center. Did you open a support ticket? didnt you get a response? According to me the problem might have resolved by noe. Please tell me if its not resolved, so I can resolve for you personally.

    We agree there were some problems at hostluck.com servers for these week due to updation of servers, the details were posted on support center section. listing them below. Most of us were busy on updated and support tickets took longer to reply.
