    I have a customized-site which has around 30 articles posted (Completely unique). I have 40 more articles up for posting.

    Why Selling the site?

    1. I am leaving the IM industry. Going to work full time in an MNC. So no more time to manage the blog.
    2. I want someone with passion to take over the site.

    URL will not be made public. I will be replying through PM's about URL.
    The site is not an auto blog... You can make it into one if you need, but i suggest you do not do it. The site has a lot of potential for turning into an authority blog and I strongly suggest you build contents. I will be providing you 40 contents to start with.

    Just curious why wouldnt you give the url out on a business forum. You will probably get tons of traffic from people interested in the business niche (here). Regardless PM me the url.... thanks.

    I am not giving out the URL here publicly because I do not want Google to find out my site was for sale. This is also to protect the new owners interest id he wishes to keep the fact that the ownership has changed un disclosed.
