Yes, I do topic starting. It would cost the same amount as normal posting, because when I make posts I mix it up and create a few new threads and a few replies. All depends on what the client wants.
Minimum is 10, and maximum would be 200. If you want more then 200 posts you can do it in increments of 200. I am usually pretty fast. If it is a small order in a day or 2, but if it is a bigger order maybe a week and a half at the most. It also depends on how backed up I am, but right now i have no orders so it would be fast. If you want them scattered over a period of time i could do that also.
