    I'm interested in buying some cheap forums. vBulletin, MyBB and phpBB are the only ones I'm interested in. As for topics - general, webmaster, social bookmarking, social networking.

    The thread to post ratio must not be too close together.

    Can you give an idea of your budget? I have a decent sized and active forum but I'm not going to go into detail if you've got a budget of $50 seeing as that doesn't even pay for the vb license.

    I'm just going to say it's a low budget. Maybe xx. I might go higher if the site is worth it.
    As for vB licenses, I don't need them for this project so do not include that in your price.
