I recommend using GoDaddy. I have over 200 domains registered there and have never had any problems with them. About $10 a domain and they accept PayPal.
GoDaddy allows PayPal payment and they pretty much are the cheapest now as long as you get a working coupon, though some extensions like .net may be cheaper elsewhere.
The pricing is depend what domain extension you looking to buy. For example if you want to buy .com then you should go to GoDaddy coz they offer $7/.com domain. Domain parking is refers to the registration of an internet domain name without that domain being associated with any services such as e-mail or a website.
