    some company giving cheap domain like 1.99$ but this price is jst for 1st year
    i need it urgent

    I guess.... such offers are not offered for one year on standalone basis. You will be doing an agreement for more than a year.. so that they can recover the cost of discount so offered, in the second year from you! :(

    try godaddy this site is good and cheap for selling domain. there are more but they are not cheap

    How about .99$ .info at Godaddy?
    but it cost much more next year when you renew this .info domain.
