Cheap Designer needed!

    I need a logo for my website + one 468 banner and on 728 banner + one larger image (1000X100 aprox. ) where would be written some text and formatted nicely like banner.

    Can pay $10 for this! (Don't ask for more as don't have more to spend for this what I need)!
