    I have a static page which I have designed. Now I need to make it look a bit more sophisticated and classy, adjust spacing, clean up etc while retaining the basic format of the page (header, 4 column etc etc). I need it because I am not a designer, and need help. Can pay 20 $ through paypal. Should not take more than an hour or two for a designer. Let me know if you are interested, and I can mail you a zipped folder with images and html.
