This is in no way cheap for me! In India you get dedicated servers for half the amount that you had mentioned. Why even less than that!
The email address is of the guy who owns/owned Shoutserv & goes by the username sentest on DP. There are some really bad reviews of his company, but I do not know as I have not tested the service. Check out DPs web hosting section for more.
Dedicated servers are ment to get a reliable "no headache" hosting. So the worst possible combination is to seek for cheapest dedicated... I was searching for that kind of hosting few months ago and found: scams, disapointments, bad reviews and such. I'm not talking about above mentioned hosting. Price is /month or /year? 'Unmetered' doesn't sound good, this kind of advertising is misleading, it doesn't mean anything. What's the name of the hosting after all?? Try to ask on webhostingtalk.com also.
