I am doing to cheap coding to build a portfolio. I have been learning CSS and XHTML for about 6 months now and know alot about it. Your design will be CSS/XHTML strict. Do not ask for a portfolio, that is what I am here to do. I am not looking to integrate into systems (example: Wordpress, Vbulletin, IPB, ect.) If your interested, PM me with your design so we can discuss pricing. For the first person, I will code your design and then you will pay me when I am done, for the rest, I will ask for half before I start and half when I am finished.
