Can you do sites that just have North American traffic (no international classified sites) and do the sites allow clickable website links?
asmodeus, it might be a bit more costly if I have to do exclusively North American traffic. However, I can assure you that majority of the sites are from North American. As for link building, the problem I see is that most classified ads do expire over time with exception of some classified ads forums or advertising blogs. For those we can try to put in your links. devid, I have no idea what you are talking about, we also post to those classified ads sites that claims to distribute your ads, but hardly any results comes from those. This service includes posting to as many classified ads sites as possible. And the more you buy, the more extra ads we will post for you.
