Hey guys, I came across cheap made in china tablet PC. The price was super cheap, only $120. Do you think it's worth to buy it or not? Or the hardware will be broken after 3 months use?

No way for cheap Chinese tablets. Judging by my sad personal experience they will be broken before you start it using. I've booked ten tablets from China last year and eight of them were broken just lying in the box! So I want to have some guaranties.

My dad recently got one because he thought it was a steal compared to the iPad but regretted it due to the crappy support for the hardware and software.

If you mean China-made iPads however, and not the unknown brands, then I don't see any difference between them and American-made ones. Don't buy the non-branded ones though.
