Cheap banners and a solution

    This month I've been getting nothinig but 2 cent banners on my website. I read somewhere that putting links with good keywords around the banners attract relevant (and more expensive) ads.

    My question is: is that illegal according to G's TOS?

    And my website is www.hbdia.com

    Any suggestions as to what I could do to change that situation? My CTR is not so bad, I get around 10% almost everyday. I just need some banners.

    I believe it's against the TOS to "stuff" keywords just to get better ads (or what it's worst unrelated ones) so try to find a way to write real content that would attract more ads...

    I didn't read anywhere it is against tos to stuff keywords? I would think as long as it is relevant to the theme of the website, it would be fine!
