Buying Cheap Article submission + PR submission

    Hello guys!

    I'm looking for someone who can provide both article submission + PR submission on a quick basis. My budget for this is only limited, so I only prefer cheap ones. My article and press release are ready for submissions, especially the data needed, but I have no more time for this. I will provide the list of article and press release sites, but if you have on your own, it's fine with me.

    The one with the cheapest offer wins the spot. But there are certain conditions:

    I only pay after receiving the full report, since it's my first time to come up with this deal.
