    Nexua says that they're still in the process of moving servers, without a set time of completion. Estimated to possibly be more than a 24 hours until stability. I'm enquiring about lost days to downtime and if we are eligible for an extension to our hosting to compensate for lost days. I hope the 99.9% uptime comes.

    My sites too, all down today and I think they were also down for much of yesterday (Adsense impressions dropped off the scale).
    Please explain. Uptime has been poor since I took out the hosting with you, which you said would be rectified when the transfer to the new server was complete.

    EDIT: it works now...but my ticket isstill not answered...and the server was down definitely nexua..the fact that you dont know..shows negligibilty of hosting matters on your part.

    I am not happy at all with this. Nexua sold umxhost.com, who have now decided that they don't offer proxy hosting. Neither seem to want to offer me a refund which doesn't exactly look good for Adam (Nexua) or the new owners of UMXhost.com.

    We have not banned Proxy hosts, we found one customer that was abusing the server quite bad and he was asked to move on. We still host a large amount of proxy sites. (If you plan on modifying a script, please contact someone with the knowledge to do it correctly)

    We are not worried about aquiring paid customers at this time, as our priority is the customers that were having issues.

    Since the removal of this customer, we have had no issues at all.

    Refund? We do not have any customers money nor do we own the paypal account you purchased through. They asked you to initiate a dispute and get your money back, but you decided not to.

    It isn't possible to get money back from paypal for 'virtual' items such as web hosting through their dispute service so perhaps you should check your facts. At the end of the day Nexua recieved my money and didn't provide the hosting that he promised regardless of him selling the hosting company. He really should not have taken on new customers when he was going to be selling like this. I can only say that my sites were suspended and I had to move hosting - and these were just free proxy templates from freeproxytemplates.com which is very commonly used. None of these scripts were modified.
    I just can't recommend this service for proxies.
