Cheap affiliate tracking software + lead form

Guys, i need to test some alternative affiliate tracking system to one we used in the past.
Can you recommend any cheap software that
- is easy to use
- has forms addon that can be easily installed on Wordpress sites (instead of having additional integration for plugins)

I need the software has also a "addon" forms, that could be added quickly to new landing pages with all corresponding tracking integrated.
Do items that you suggest offer that, as I know there is lot of affiliate software, but not many have what i need.
