What's the email template you have? I prefer a picture based template. And how many link submissions you got?
I get around 200-300 per day, rising every day. So basically its 2$ and your link is added to the email permanently, it won't be moved. You are guarenteed to get a reaction since they read these emails. I know this because when i deny someones submission, they read the denied email and follow the tips i outline in it then resubmit again, happens everyday.
