The first thing I notice is the text. It is way too small and you need to break up the text with spaces. Also, everything is gathered at the top of your homepage. I would even out the distribution of items so that the page isn't so top-heavy.

I think the loading speed could be improved. Pingdom reports a 3.53 second loading period.

There are some... 'sketchy' advertisements on the sides which, at least in my opinion, always make a site look scammy/spammy. You may consider investigating this.

I don't know if you need a room for each country, are you anticipating enough users to fill all of them?

Finally, the design could use some work. The background is distracting and the boxes where you see things like "Register Details" appear to clash with the other colors making them a bit difficult to see.

I hope this feedback helps. Feel free to review my site if you're interested:

Wow! What a blast to the eyes!

    1. I'd get rid of that background...I think it may also be affecting your slow loading speeds.
    2. There's just too much contrast . . . it could do with a softer touch.
    3. The text logo needs some work.
    4. And I agree with PhiladelphiaIM about the number of countries...seems you could break a lot of those up into regions where languages may not vary so much...or just get rid of a bunch of them.

I'd invest some time and/or money re-dressing it...best of luck
