Chat Script Suggestions.

I was wondering if anyone can sugest a good chat script. Would be great if there is a demo of the particular script you are sugesting. I am looking for smth like:

1. User registration
2.Admin ability to creat chat rooms.
3. To be fast, not like some sites i know where u have to refresh the page to see new messages.

thanks but i would like smth that allows users to register the chats u provided don't support that.

However, in whatever case, you will have to write some codes to get it as you want.

 

Hmmm ... this one looks good indeed. But can't figure how to download it. Shows just a .txt doc
