Hello, I have been searching for a programmer professional in apache flex/flash and other useful skills for a few months now and haven't been able to find a good one. I need someone to create a very hi-tech chat room with many functions and features. I am not looking to spend a great amount of money but I'm hoping I can build revenue from this chat room with the right work and I can make negotiation with the creator(s) on profit/payment. This is your problem: Sorry, I just don't think you'll find a programmer worth his salt who is willing to do extensive work on contingency.
