    How do you start your conversation with a girl on phone for the first time? Assume they dont know you and you've got their number by some source. Where should you start from to keep the conversation interesting and let them not hangup?

    That's creepy. If anyone "just got" my daughter's number and called her up I'd be cutting it short and she would never meet the "boy" unless he just happened to be in a group situation and was there too (like a party). To paraphrase my daughter: "Stalker, much!"

    OK, lets suppose they called you first without any permission or anything like that and you refused to talk to them because you didn't know them. Now your curiousity makes you call them back. How will you start?

    All sounds like drama, wait until you can meet her at a party or playing sport or something.

    Kind of odd that she called you first and then you wouldn't talk because she didn't have "permission". If I were her I'd say that you'd had your chance. So many men, so little time!
