Hi there I am thinking of using Chat Live Support but was wondering if anyone can recommend a few before I make my decision. Many thanks in advance CHEERS
We have a client that uses BoldChat and they seem to like it. It was easy for us to set it up on their site and the price was right.
I highly recommend checking out Olark. They offer a free version. [fieldset=Some of Orlarks Features] From: http://www.olark.com/portal/features Use Olark anywhere! Chat with visitors on your website from your desktop, your laptop, your iPhone, or your Blackberry. We work with standard chat (IM) clients (like iChat, Pidgin, and Meebo) and services (Google Talk and Jabber) which means YOU get to decide what software to use. Monitor visitors and initiate chats Salespeople need lots of information right at their fingertips. that's why we provide that information right inside the buddy list, unlike our competitors, allowing you to start chatting with a visitor even if they haven't messaged you. For example: Visitor name, email, etc. through optional pre-chat form or integration with your current login system Visitor page location (know exactly when they're on an important page!) Referring site Have they been to your site before? Geo-location (where on Earth are they from?) Simple Integration Get full Olark integration by pasting a short bit of JavaScript. Hello, For a free software, LiveZilla is really the best option. Might be a bit difficult to get it setup but it works fine after you did it
Hey, you can also give Comm100 Live Chat a try. It's not only free, but also hosted, which means you need not to install it on your own server. Just sign up for an account, then you can use it on your website. Easy to set up.
We're using Livezilla and have been happy with the software. We didn't run into any problems and it's easy to manage, add new employees etc.
eTalkup has a free plan (1 operator): http://www.etalkup.com/sign.aspx Banckle has a "one-year free" plan: http://banckle.com/marketplace/live-chat/default.html
I am using Banckle Live Chat for my website and it is working perfectly fine and I would like to recommend this for your website.
Well, there is always "Live Person" alot of bigger places use it though and is not cheap lol but it works.
Yes, my vote goes for Live Person. "Live Person" is the BEST chat application i had ever used. We do use this application for providing 24x7 online service & support. It have many excellent features and tools which help to track details & activity of all visitors browsing our website. If you are ready to spend on paid chat application then go with Live Person.
