Currently I am donating 25% of all the net earnings of NosCraft.com to the charity http://waterislife.com . Now I would like to know your opinion to this. Would you support something like that?

In my opinion supporting charity is always a good thing. Just make sure it is a trustworthy charity and that the money really goes where they need them.

Always do research into a charity and see if they are for real. We personally support many local based chariness and know and even work with them so we know where that money goes. We like to give back to the community:)

    Hi Ricus,

It is nice to see you are supporting charity to such a large percentage of your net earnings. However, isn't it a breach of your own T&C's?

"The service we offer is non comercial and the money gathered from this service only pays for the servers of noscraft.com or anything related to it."

Under these terms your clients may expect you to improve your servers with the money gathered, for their benefit and not given away to charities?

Perhaps you should amend your T&C's.

Probably not. But I think hosts should stick to their own T&C's if they expect their clients to do so.

I have added an and to the sentence "The service we offer is non comercial and the money gathered from this service only pays for the servers of noscraft.com or anything related to it."
    Current statement:
"The service we offer is non comercial and the money gathered from this service only pays for the servers of noscraft.com or anything related to it and charity."
