I need a new logo for my website www.adviceforall.net dimensions 261x54

The site is going to be a not for profit website that helps people suffering from depression, self injury and other issues.

Here's the problem though I am willing to pay $10 for this maybe even more but I can't use PayPal :\

So if anyone is willing to do it for free or will accept any other payment method that would be great or I can do something in return blog comments, youtube views, theme installations etc etc.
