Around 4 months back I cancled my hosting with naboose.com but today I get my statment saying that they charged $75 on the 29th of last month,

    What can I do?

I will be going to my bank today and getting a charge back is there anything else?

The best thing to do is to get a copy of the Credit Card transaction cancellation (be it a screen capture, transaction code...) in print and call your toll-free credit card company number first.

Banks will not do much, they usually make you call the credit card company, not the issuer/bank.

Credit card companies will then hopefully help you and cancell that charge. But you do yes need some kind of documentation to make it a more valid claim.

You are also welcome to visit my site on Credit Cards and find interesting information to make your credit card transactions safer, for example in the credit card articles section.

    Good luck.

Exactly, make sure you have sufficient proof you canceled and call your credit card company to initiate a charge back.

Having a lawyer involved is the last resource.

Why not call the hosting company again, showing them that the credit card company agreed to refund you?

The hosting company may hopefully admit their mistake, drop the charges, and you save a lot of money. And time. And patience.
