Charging an Ipod ?

    I own a Ipod shuffle and it says i need to charge atleast for 4 hours.
    When i connected and opened itunes, the blinking orange light changed to green in 1 hour.:eek:

    it says that green refers to fully charged and every time i open itunes i'm getting the green light.

    Without itunes it stays blinking orange for hours [ 6 hours straight ] :confused:

    the manual says to charge the shuffle atleast 4 hours before use. But it can be used straight out of the box without any problem.
    About the light, im not shure what to say. Have never quite figured it out my self, maby it have something to do with me usualy not reading the manual :p

    I found it on web while searching on google.. But it's almost 3 year old :p
