Charges for Moneybookers to Philippines ?

Any charges using moneybookers for making payments to Philipppines. Any idea if they pay money directly in a bank account ?

Basically, unless the other party enables the Credit Card option, your only means of sending him funds is through your existing Moneybookers account. If you do not have funds, you need to load them through a credit card, bank account or wire transfer (depending on what mode is supported for your country). Sending funds to another account will incur 1% service charge or up to EUR$0.50. Loading your moneybookers account via credit card will cost you 1.9% and if you use wire transfer, it will depend on how much your bank levies on the transfer.
