    Hello,

I got a massive bill from my phone provider.
Who have clearly made a mistake.

    They won't admit it.

So I paid them a 50 pound deposit. and they overcharged me for 40 pound's.
    I refused to pay it.

Then they said that i would require to pay all of it off.
    I did a chargeback yesterday

Is there any legal action can be took about me?

I've Don't Mind of the Debt. As if they try to get debt people after me. I will just simply take them to court :)

What would you take them to court for?

You have a contract and that will contain clauses that you have to pay your bills. Your phone provider therefore will almost certainly both terminate your service and potentially take you to court for the none payment which will add court fees on top of the monies that you owe them plus interest.

The chargeback will almost certainly end up costing you a lot more than the original bill.

Surf the internet without a digital package? I doubt they made a mistake instead you misunderstood your plan. Determine if ruining your credit is worth it. You may be denied rent, mortgage, credit cards, future cellphone, utilities, etc. If you can 100% determine that the charges are not legit then I would stand my ground and talk to management.
